Sister Henry

This is Sister Helma Henry with her baby girl, Jasmine. She has a nanny that tends the baby. The nanny even took the baby to an outer island for a few months and Sister Henry didn't seem to mind at all, just normal custom here.

Another Hospital Visit

I'm afraid Sister Jones is going to keep one of these babies sometime. The scary thing is I think the mother wouldn't try to stop her.

Happy Birthday Elder Jones

This is going to shock a lot of people to find out how old I really am because I look 20 years younger than this. How old am I you ask. I no longer have to lie to get a Sr. citizen discount at Golden Corral.

Farewell Sister Fedderson

This is Sister Fedderson at the airport leaving to go home. She has served for 18 months as the mission nurse and many other things. She is a sweet woman and will be missed. She is going back to work at LDS Hospital.

Another trip to the Hospital

Another hat day at the Majuro Hospital. Lots of girls today and only one boy.

Today we gave out 14 hats to new babies, 13 girls and one boy.

Guess Who I Met?????

Just Kidding!!! This week for Teacher Appreciation Week the Wax Museum was letting teachers in for free so Tara and I took advantage of it. They had some great wax figures. It was fun. Here I am with Larry King

Simon from American Idol.

The other King!!!!

Jolsen & Darlene Timothy

This is Jolsen and Darlene Timothy proudly wearing their "capes" that were made by soaking little discs in water. Zach or somebody sent them. Darlene calls Sister Jones Grandma.

Eating Marlin

Ladie Jack out at Laura cooked this piece of Marlin and gave to Sister Jones last night. She says it tastes very good but no one wanted to try it. I did have a little and it was OK.

Jenzen visits the Dentist

Is this the craziest thing you have ever seen?

Jensen had five cavities. This was quite an ordeal. Justus had to hold Jenzen. He has the gas mask on and is watching a movie. The ladies in the office thought this was so funny that they had to e-mail it to Carolyn

Jessie sent me this picture. She said, "Carter, Mylee, and Madyson outside the morning dad got ordained a bishop...Carter thought it was pretty cool because he got to hold Mylee standing up and his mom tells him that he has to be 5 years old to do that....She is almost bigger than him. Madyson is Travis's girlfriends little girl. She will be turning 5 in August."

Baptism

This young man was baptized last night. The Elder on the left is Elder Bradshaw from Beaver. Elder Smith is on the right from near Lehi. He goes home next month.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame!!!

Sorry to post so many pictures but there were a lot of ball games. All day Saturday I went to ballgames and took pictures of everybody. There were a couple that I missed and I'm sorry. I missed Kassidy's game. I didn't know she was playing and what time it was so there's no pictures of her. Sorry Kass. I also failed to take a picture of the Dodger's two coaches. Quint and Keri coach Trevin and Zeb's team.

Quade pitched for most of the game and will have to set out next game because he pitched so long this game.

Quade plays for the Braves.

Quade pitching to Kabe!

Kabe!!! He plays for the Dodgers. Mike Nay (from Central) is his coach.

Kabe pitches too for the Dodgers.

Here's Trevin getting another big hit in his game.

Zeb bats clean up because he is a HEAVY hitter!

Keldon got put in as catcher for the first time. He did a good job but he's not too sure he wants to do it again.

Breckon!

Purses Anyone???

Another purse sewing Bee sponsored by Sister Jones. This one was at the Delap Branch. The sister with the orange purse is the Primary President and just giggled when she got finished. She says this is the first thing she has ever made.

These Delap sisters are extremely proud of their purses. They can't stop smiling.

Constitution Day Parade

This is one of the floats in the Constitution Day (May 1) parade. We thought this was the best float in the small parade because it shows the culture best. This was the 29th Constitution Day for the country. It is like our 4th of July.

Another float in the parade had these two large tuna fish on it. When the parade was over, several men cut off pieces of them and ate it raw. Elder Randall about threw up.
